APG consolidates and analyzes performance data from various available sources, providing personalized, interactive access to performance information regarding the monitored infrastructure and monitoring the SLA level of services provided. Access to this data is possible in real time, there is also the functionality of generating given reports based on historical data.
Thanks to the correlation and aggregation of information, it is possible to present one consistent view of performance and quality for network services and IT. The view combining various aspects of performance and quality significantly facilitates the diagnosis of problems and allows you to quickly identify the source of the problem, eg link congestion, processor congestion, etc. Monitoring performance and quality provides a number of views and reports supporting the current operational tasks, planning and optimization of the network. In addition, it transmits performance / quality threshold alerts to a central event monitoring system.
APG provides ready-to-use report packages, thanks to which the customer receives a valuable solution practically after installing and configuring the software. Each of the packages provides support for a specific type of technology: technical reports, view sets, predefined key performance indicators (KPIs) and preconfigured analytics for health diagnosis and assessment of performance or quality. In addition, the APG allows you to create new reports that use predefined KPIs. APG also allows you to create your own KPIs using mathematical and logical functions.

Alive automatically recognizes the behavior of metrics using various analytical methods optimally matched to the individual characteristics of the variability of each metric, and then selects dynamic thresholds with a precision impossible to achieve with traditional monitoring tools.
The solution provides analytical support to identify the causes of service degradation that elude traditional tools. Then, by determining the degree of correlation between all available metrics, it is able to analyze the impact of seemingly unrelated parameters on the functioning of the entire environment. As a result, it is able to detect a potential performance management problem much earlier than traditional systems and indicates the real causes of the “Root Cause”, allowing the problem to be rectified often before it becomes a failureę felt by users.
vCOps sends “Smart Alert” – “Early Warning” in case ofwhen the detected symptoms match the pattern of the problem identified. A pattern is a sequence of performance anomalies in a specific order and intervals leading to a specific problem. The appearance of the first anomalies from the pattern causes a warning alarm to be generated, so it is possible to deal with the problem early in its occurrence, before it adversely affects the quality of the business service offered to customers.
